Having a group to look after and push in the right direction is both enthralling and highly challenging. The truth is hard work and results is something you don't want to have to pry out of someone, nor do individuals want to be bothered about such things sometimes. But, trust is a two way street and if you can get your employee's trust in a more positive way than you should also be able to trust them when it comes time for them to deliver. And if you guys can both harmonize for thoughtful planning, structuring, and implementation of things then productive outcomes and successful results can be yours in an undoubtedly fashionable way.

Now, if you have questions about the nitty gritty here is the dish... The dish needs to be served hot not cold. And what I mean by that is that you need to be constantly molding and morphing to the way your business is run and the individuals in it that make it stand firm, making sure that it is always on topic, and catered to the brand, as well as the needs and wants of the backbone of the brand (the people behind it).

So, the first courses of action that should be on your onboarding, training, and management scope is to be amenable, that you need trust and you need to have a company culture or brand feature of this model, always insisting on the best option to lead.

This means that the third thing is having an easy system to maintain and follow. "Easy" tends to have a bad rap or seem like a bad idea to those that have been trained to believe that if it doesn't cause 'hard work pangs' than it isn't results you want to go towards. But, in all transparency it is just as important to see that the simpler and more accessible a system/informative can be to your employees than the more availability for movement and compromise. that's not to say that you shouldn't be thorough or detailed with your onboarding or company policies, but the goal here is to be effective and efficient and gain more sales, leads, productivity, etc. You see, going against the stream is maybe smart at times but it is not always wise, and your mindset should be how can I get the best value out of this task/endeavor/person not where is the last cork board set of rules set just for the sake of a yesteryears way of running things. Be flexible, it will pay off greatly!
